These Terms of Service (hereinafter: 'Terms') define the rights and obligations between AlphaNest (headquartered in Varaždin) and the user of our services (hereinafter: 'User'). By using our services (web development, maintenance, hosting, consulting, etc.), the User confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
AlphaNest provides services for the development and maintenance of websites, applications, e-commerce, and related digital solutions according to pre-agreed specifications. All services are based on individual agreements or confirmed orders by both parties.
Service prices are defined in the offer and/or contract. All payments are made under agreed terms. Late payments may result in work suspension or additional fees.
All custom code and design created by AlphaNest become the User’s property upon full payment. We retain the right to reuse parts of our own pre-existing code, libraries, or open-source components.
We offer a limited 30-day warranty for technical functionality after delivery, unless otherwise agreed. After this period, all changes, fixes, or upgrades are charged according to our current rates.
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of all business and personal data of the User, unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms are governed by Croatian law. In case of dispute, the competent court is the County Court in Varaždin. AlphaNest reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our official website.
How long does it take to build a website?
It all depends on the size of the project! Smaller sites can be done in a week or two, while more complex ones may take several weeks. Once we get the details, we’ll give you a clear timeline.
What’s included in the website price?
Everything from the first idea to the final website is included! That means design, coding, mobile optimization, and a basic intro to using it. Domain and hosting can be ours or yours.
Who maintains the website after it’s built?
We can handle maintenance, or you can do it yourself – whatever works best for you. If you’d like, we’ll stay on board to handle the tech side of things.
